Barrie Family Hospice of Elgin will be hosting a supportive walking group for adults navigating grief. This six-week program offers a compassionate space to share experiences, connect with others, and benefit from the healing effects of gentle movement. Sessions will take place on Thursdays from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Registration is required.
