Elgin OPP have now identified the cyclist struck and killed early Monday morning on Wellington Road just north of St. Thomas.
The deceased is 29-year-old Chyenne Doxtator of St. Thomas.
No charges have been laid as a result of this collision.
Elgin OPP are asking anyone with information to contact them.
