Tomorrow: LemonAID Day is back this Saturday, with dozens of lemonade stands expected to pop up across St. Thomas and Elgin County in support of local children. Now in its third year, the fundraiser for the Elgin Children’s Foundation has grown into a community-wide event, bringing together families, businesses, schools, and organizations with a shared goal: helping send local kids to summer camp. Tomorrow: The Rosy Rhubarb Festival returns to the Keystone Complex on Saturday, June 13 and Sunday, June 14, bringing two days of family-friendly fun, entertainment, food, and, of course, plenty of rhubarb. The annual celebration features a packed schedule of events, including the popular baking contest, rhubarb stalk and leaf competition, community yard sales, live music, and a variety of activities for children.
