Today: Baby Storytime is being hosted at St. Thomas Public Library on Friday from 10:30 to 11 a.m. This storytime is designed for babies and their caregivers to explore early literacy through gentle stories, songs, and rhymes. Start your reading journey together in a cozy, welcoming environment. *Please note: this program is exclusively for babies who cannot walk yet.
Today: Aylmer will once again come together to celebrate its diverse cultures, traditions, and community spirit with the return of the Aylmer & Area Heritage Festival. Tomorrow: The Horton Farmers’ Market is open Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon! You can now stop by every Saturday through October 31st to shop and support the local vendors.
Tomorrow: In honour of Orange Shirt Day, join the St. Thomas Public Library from 10 to noon for a reflective rock painting activity. Families are invited to paint rocks with messages of remembrance and hope. Painted rocks will be placed at City Hall following the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation Ceremony as a gesture of reflection and solidarity. This program was co-created and will be led by Betty-Jean Phillips-Budden.
Tomorrow: Downtown St. Thomas will once again be filled with music, dancing, food, and plenty of German tradition this weekend, as the 4th annual Downtown Oktoberfest returns Saturday.
